This album is Donna's second and last one. It consist of mostly mid tempo tracks with, for that time typical, Yamaha DX7 bass sound. "Can we talk" is a continuation of "Serious" from her previous album "Perfect Timing". Another good track is "We're Smokin' Now". A nice mellow tune is the title track "Heaven On Earth". And of course the superb remake of Maze Frankie Beverly's song "Joy & Pain". Perfectly done. "Jokers Wild" is also one of the fine tune on this CD. Lou Pace the producer did a splendid job. Don't underestimate this Album.
