In 2006 she recorded her debut album 'Flow '. It's a 9-song collection of melodic, jazzy soul songs for which Lynne composed all but one.
Quote from Stevie Wonder "lynne's Record is Hot! She's been mine for years, now she will be yours"
This album, dedicated to her friend and mentor Carl Anderson, consist of 9 tracks with different flavours of music. Jazz, Soul and Urban.
The first track 'Holiday' is a feel good Jazzy Oriented track about the fine things you do on a Holiday. It starts with a good old Bass Slide. Nice smooth vocals and music that make you feel your on the beach in the caribbean. Ready Freddie Washington produced this track and played the bass.
'Cupid' the second track on this album is a slow smooth soul song with some Jazzy Guitar sounds, nice vibes, played by, 'Keith Fiddmont'.
The title track of this album 'Flow' has a nice mellow soul sound it's a shame it's only last 3 1/2 minutes.
The next track, the Jazzy, caribbean 'Something I can feel' is written and produced by Lynne itself. It starts slow and after 1'20" the tempo rises . On bass Nathan Watts.
The first one minute of track five is still from the previous song. 'Never Really' is a 'Luther Vandross' kinda track.
'U R Loved' is an acoustic version of the same song previous released on the album 'Perfect Love' by Linsey of 1991. On guitar Paul Jackson Jr.
On of my favourite tracks 'Say'. On bass Freddie Washington. A smooth soul song. A Perfect blend of vocals and music.
'Feel so right' is more urban. It's slow, very nice low bass, beatifull vocals and the chorus is so smooth, It Feel So Right! Certainly a favourite.
The last song 'No Regrets' is one track of the category 'Real Jazz'. Typical song for a Jazz Club.
In Short a fine album with nice soul, jazzy tracks.
