Today, 39 years ago in 1971, the album Maggot Brain by Funkadelic debuted on the billboard Top R&B Albums Chart. It reached #14 and was on the chart for a total of 24 weeks. This LP made me wanna play guitar as a muscian...this recording showed me that a guitar is more than wood n strings..it can be brought to life..thanx Eddie Hazel Other debut entries are: The album When Summer Comes by George Howard debuted in 1993.
