Bio



Naseem Leibowitz also known by her stage name Breeze, which she named after a “gentle cool breeze” an Arabic translation of her birth name.

A singer songwriter and a producer raised in a multi ethnic family (Japanese mother and Pakistani father who’s background is African descent Spanish and Arabian) growing up in the city of Tokyo, Japan. In 1997 she moved to the United States taking her determination in music from New York to Los Angeles.

Breeze developed her passion in music since a young child taking classical piano lessons,then a keyboardist and a lead singer at her High School Band, worked as a professional singer performer doing covers at night clubs to having her own band performing various venues and university festivals in Japan. She continued performing many showcases, clubs and venues in New York City and also start collaborating with local artists and musicians. She also caught the attention by couple of established major recording producers to co-produce her demos.

Breeze is also a co-founder of her non-profit charity organization called ROMAH (Renew Our Minds & Hearts) Foundation, an organization strives to be the bridge for hope to the International and local communities helping women and children in crisis. She now envisions continuing with her Philanthropic missions through her music.

Breeze recently have discovered by Smooth Jazz artist, a French guitarist U-Nam who‘s known by his #1 hit single “Street Life”. Breeze was invited as a guest performer on U-Nam’s show performing along with the world class musicians here in Southern California.
