This album consist of funky, boogie and soul tunes. The funky A Side (on vinyl) consist four tracks. 'Move and Groove', 'Walk That Thing', are the funkiest. On the B Side three tracks 'I Believe in you', 'Love Seasons' and 'Bye Bye Baby' are the fabulous slow soul tunes with great harmonies. The last boogie track on this album 'Distant Destiny' is among the old school fans a classic with that typical 80s synth sound.
